Hi there! My name is Victoria (she/they) and I am a neurodivergent (AuDHD) marriage and family therapist (LMFT #153122) who is deeply passionate about working with adult individuals, couples, polycules, and families in both the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities. I enjoy working alongside my clients as they learn how to navigate experiences with late-diagnosed neurodivergence, chronic illness/disabilities, anxiety, existential questions, relational and sexual difficulties, and life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients develop a deeper sense of self-compassion and alignment with their unique existential values. I believe that when are able to approach life’s challenges with gentle curiosity, it allows us to feel more connected with what makes life most meaningful to us, enriching lives and relationships.
I work from a client-centered approach as my foundation, and draw from a blend of approaches including Social Constructionism, Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Existentialism, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR.
